Graduated from MUN's Mechanical Engineering Program in April 2017, Adam finished atop of the University Graduating Class for both Academics and Leadership. From August 2015 until September 2017, Adam led the Paradigm Hyperloop team while innovating the fifth mode of transportation and placing second on an international stage from a field of 1200 teams.

After completing six work terms ranging from working on Hebron to a silicon valley medical startup building the next revolutionary cancer treatment machine, Adam decided to start his own company. Adam founded and is the CEO of CoLab Software, a St. John's based startup building a cloud-based issue and design management platform for engineering teams.

Adam also advises an electric propulsion aviation startup called DuXion, mentors students on how to secure their dream jobs and hosts the provinces largest basketball tournament with all proceeds going to cancer care.
